For how to back up your play data by linking it to your Apple ID or Google Account, please refer to the following instructions.
Deleting player data does not unlink the data from your Apple ID or Google Account.
Before deleting the player data that is linked to your Apple ID or Google account, please make sure to unlink it from in-game Menu > "Link Your Account".

1. Got to the in-game Home screen, and tap "Menu" > "Link Your Account".
You cannot link your account from "Transfer Account" on the title screen.
2. When you see the message "This will link your account. Would you like to continue?", tap "Link Your Account".
Paid Lodestar Gems are managed by operating system (iOS/Android/Steam). For example, paid Lodestar Gems purchased on an iOS device cannot be used on an Android device.
3. Select your link method
You can select either "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google".
4. Sign in with your Apple ID or Google account.
5. Now the Link your Account (data backup) process is complete.
