To transfer your play data that has been linked to your account, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the title screen, and tap "Menu" > "Transfer Account".
2. When you see the message "This will transfer your account. Are you sure?", tap "Transfer".
Transferring data will delete any player data already on a device and overwrite it with the transferred data. Before executing Transfer Account, make sure that the data is fine to be overwritten.
Paid Lodestar Gems are managed by operating system (iOS/Android/Steam). For example, paid Lodestar Gems purchased on an iOS device cannot be used on an Android device.
If you transfer your account to a different operating system, Paid Lodestar Gems you own on the original operating system will not be transferred to the new operating system, but will remain on the account's original operating system.
3. Select "Sign in with Apple"or "Sign in with Google.
4. Sign in with your Apple ID or Google account.
5. Confirm the player data to be transferred, and tap "Transfer".
6. Tap "Transfer" on the final confirmation screen.
7. When the transfer process is complete, the game will restart.
