If you have linked your account with "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google", but for some reason you are no longer able to transfer or link your account, please contact our customer support from the in-game "Menu" > "Contact" selecting "Data Recovery" as Inquiry categories.
Please include the following information in your inquiry.
1. Operations you performed before the issue occurred.
2. Full text of error messages or error codes shown on the screen.
3. Whether you are using "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google".
